Description
* Develop Strategic Client Relationships
* Manage your portfolio and sales strategy
* Become a Sales Manager if desired (manage 2 salespeople)
* Work with technical teams & post sales to provide top satisfaction to clients
Profile
* Industry expertise: Solid direct sales experience within the software industry, focusing on complex solutions. Customer engagement / Contact Center / Call Center / 1Monitoring are not mandatory but a plus.
* Sales competencies: Experienced dealing with large accounts & key decision-makers.
* Communication skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (English is not needed)
* Negotiation and closing: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
