• 技術的なリーダーシップを発揮し、統合、アプリケーション開発、デプロイメント、テスト（ユニットおよびシステム）、技術部門の管理などのベストプラクティスを設定する。
• 複雑な設計上の問題に対して、革新的で新しいアプローチを開発する能力、および設計作業をリードし、開発者に技術的なリーダーシップを提供した経験。

• コードレビュー、バグフィックス、アプリケーションパフォーマンスの改善に取り組む。
• 毎日のスクラム、毎週のイテレーションレビューとプランニングを含むアジャイル開発に精通していること。
• 自動テストとユニットテストフレームワークの経験。
• 日本語： 流暢な日本語レベル（日本語能力試験N1）、ビジネスレベルの英語必須
スキル
複数のクラウドプロバイダーの知識、クラウドマイグレーションとクラウドアーキテクチャ、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ（MSA）、複数のUIとサーバーサイド技術の知識、NOSQLデータベースを含むデータベース、ウェブ開発、受注管理などのドメイン、決済ゲートウェイ、位置追跡、モバイル開発、セキュリティ関連メカニズム、サードパーティライブラリの統合。
• Business Solutioning and Architecture, Design and Development, Hands on Software Development, Business Communication in Japanese (Should mention Level)
• Enterprise Architect overall 15+ years’ experience, 5 Years plus Design and Architecture.
• Designing & Building highly scalable Hybrid and native applications.
• Good exposure to AI/ML Data Science.
• Involvement in all aspects of development: playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient and applications.
• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and management of the technical department.
• Ability to innovate and develop new approaches to complex design problems and experience leading design efforts and providing technical leadership to developers.
• Ability to lead and mentor a group of engineers.
• Optimizing the performance of the apps and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
• Work on code review, perform bug fixes and improving application performance.
• Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning.
• Experience with automation testing and unit testing frameworks.
• Japanese Languages: Fluent Japanese level (JLPT N1) and business level English required
