メドトロニックの事業の中でも最も急速に成長している事業の一つである私たちStructural Heart（SH）は、大動脈弁狭窄症に対する経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術 TAVR（Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement）、および乳幼児期に肺動脈組織を温存して外科的手術を受けた重度の肺動脈弁逆流症に対する肺動脈弁置換術 TPVR（Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement）に使用する治療デバイスを取り扱っております。

両製品とも開胸手術を必要とせず、カテーテルを用いて低侵襲で製品を留置します。施設（病院）では、心臓血管外科、循環器内科、心エコー医、麻酔科医などのハートチームを構成し、チームで適応を検討し、治療方針を決め手技治療を行っております。私たちはこのハートチームメンバーの方々に対して、製品を安全に留置するための手技的トレーニングや医師から医師への的確な情報提供を行い、当社製品を安全に使用できるための環境を提供しております。

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

• 今回募集するSenior External Education Specialistというポジションは、医師およびコメディカルスタッフへTAVR製品を安全に留置するための手技を学ぶ環境を提供することや、正しい製品情報や手技情報を医師から医師へ伝えるためのトレーニングあるいは技術指導イベントをサポートするチームの一員です。川崎市殿町にあるメドトロニックイノベーションセンター（トレーニングセンター）において、指導医を目指す実施医に対する心臓シミュレーターを使用したハンズオンを含む新しい教育プログラムの企画および運営を行います。
  このエキサイティングなトレーニングリードの役割では、プログラム受講者の募集、講師となるプロクター医師との交渉、トレーニングマテリアルの刷新を行い、製品の安全導入と使用促進を達成するために営業およびマーケティングチームと緊密に連携して業務を行います。また、全国学会やオンサイト（施設）でハートチームに対しハンズオンの機会とツールを提供します。

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 医療機器の販売またはマーケティング、臨床経験（看護師、放射線技師、臨床工学士など）、トレーニング&エデュケーション、あるいはその他の関連分野での経験が2つ以上、合わせて10年以上

Skills/Knowledge

• 影響力、対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、ファシリテーション能力を有し、リーダーシップとコーチング能力を発揮できること。
• 多文化組織、特に異なる学習・思考スタイルにおける経験。
• グローバルなマトリックス組織内でのナビゲート、コラボレーション能力の実績があること。
• 個人およびチームでの実績があり、目標達成への意欲があること。
• プロジェクトマネジメント／プロジェクトリーダーシップの経験、計画・組織能力、複数の複雑なプロジェクトを同時並行で管理する能力。
• 技術英語読解に必要な英語能力。
• 論述力（日本語での企画書・メディカルライティング）。
• 一般的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。
• 宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと。

Job Experience

• 心臓弁膜症領域の知識・経験
• TAVR、PCIあるいは外科弁の分野でトレーニング業務に従事
• クリニカルのサポート（症例立会い）の経験があり、医師に対して教育を行った経験
• 医師関連でのイベント、プログラムマネジメント
• 米国本社社員、外国人医師とコミュニケーションできる英語能力（会話）
