Department Overview

This department is responsible for the operational management of the Rakuten Group's new real estate development business, the development and operation of the "Rakuten STAY" brand of accommodation facilities.

Position Details

This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of facilities at the Rakuten STAY brand accommodation facilities.

Job details

- Repair and maintenance of facilities (selection of contractors, obtaining quotations, liaison with revenue and expenditure management department, etc.)

- Set up maintenance and management items

- Create a structure and system for repair and maintenance work

*Construction work is not conducted. It is outsourced to a subcontractor.

Work Environment

There is a two-person team: one main responsibility and a member who supports the local response.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in construction management and after-sales maintenance at a house or apartment manufacturer

- Experience in sales and construction management in a remodeling company

- Experience in the technical department of a rental management company or condominium management company

*We are looking for candidates able to obtain quotations and negotiate with contractors for small-scale construction projects.
