Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches or ensure the maintenance, decontamination and repair of all brands of balances at the metrology laboratory
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Qualifications & Skills (Minimum):
- Experience working in a team and Communication skills
- Experience and ability to use hand tools (Such as Tweezers, Screwdriver)
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Native Japanese with low intermediate English skills, ability to read and write (TOEIC ~500)
- Passionate to improve on English skills
- Shizuoka or Aichi prefecture
Qualifications & Skills (Ideal):
- Technical degree or certification
- 2+ years proven field service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- English literacy
- Familiarity with
- mobile tools and applications
- Strong language skills in both English and Japanese
- Shizuoka prefecture
