【組織概要】

国内に導入されているHigh Performance Computing（スーパーコンピュータ、以下HPC）の保守サービスをデリバリする部署です。ソフトウェア、ハードウェアの保守のみならず、お客様の運用支援、プログラム開発支援、プログラム最適化など、ポストセールスの全てのサービスデリバリを担当しています。

HPCを利用されるお客様は、その利用目的に沿ってそれぞれ異なった要求要件があります。それに応えるため、お客様ごとにカスタムメードのサービスを提供しています。

【募集背景】

昨今のHPCは、計算が高速であることのみならず、高可用性、すなわち稼働率を高く維持することも求められています。そのためには、故障や不具合の迅速な解決が必要となります。

また、保守／計画作業を計画通りに完了するために、事前の準備段階から実作業に至るまで、高い品質のサービスを提供する必要もあります。

これらのニーズに応えるため、今般、体制強化を目的としサービスエンジニアを増員することにいたしました。

【職務内容】

お客様担当エンジニアとして、お客様が抱える問題を解決することが主な業務になります。コール受付から始まり、原因特定（必要に応じてL3へのエレベーション）、対応／対処、お客様への報告まで、まさしく、一気通貫のワンストップ・サービスを提供していただきます。

当面は、ハードウェア保守（ブレイクフィックス）や報告書面等の作成を担当していただきますが、経験を重ねるに従い、ソフトウェアの利用方法に関する質問への対応や提案、不具合の解決などを米国サポート部門の支援を受けながら行っていただきます。場合によっては、ベンダーと連携し問題解決を行うこともあります。

また、会社を代表するお客様窓口として、社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションも期待されます。

【あると望ましい経験や知識、資格】

• スーパーコンピュータ、あるいは、中大規模 Linuxクラスタ・システムの保守経験

• Linuxシステムの構築、もしくは、テクニカルサポートの経験

• ネットワーク（L2ネットワーク, InfiniBand）とストレージ（RAID, GlusterFS, Ceph）の基礎知識と対応経験

• コンテナ技術（Docker, Kubernetes）

• お客様や社内のステークホルダーと良好な関係を築くことが出来るコミュニケーション能力。

• 社内外との調整や交渉を円滑に進めるためのリーダーシップ。

• 問題を解決へと導くまでのオーナーシップ意識。

• 英語力（技術文書のリーディング、メールによるコミュニケーション）。
