Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts based on operational data, historical performance, and strategic initiatives.

Variance Analysis: Analyse discrepancies between budgeted and actual performance, identifying reasons for variances and providing actionable insights to management.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness, helping departments align with strategic goals.

Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting operational performance and strategic insights.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and operational assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Profile
* 3-5 years of experience in a Finance or similar role.
* Japanese on a fluent level, English not necessary.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
