We are looking for a Finance Associate & Sales Operations to support sales and finance function of our growing semiconductor business. With this role, you will play an important part in bridging the finance, accounting, and sales functions to drive the business growth.

Description
Finance & Accounting
* Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
* Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Sales Operations
* Manage sales data, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
* Assist in order processing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales records.
* Support pricing analysis and contract management.
* Collaborate with sales teams to streamline operational processes.
General Business Support
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial and sales operations.
* Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
* Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
* Oversea day-to-day operations and act as liaison between Tokyo and HQ
Profile
* 2+ years of experience in finance, or accounting.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and collaboration abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Business English and Japanese.
