You will liaise with mid-to-large enterprises, ensuring that customers realize continuous value from all of our offerings, whether they are perpetual or subscription-based, on-premises, or cloud-based. Collaborating closely with Security Directors/Managers, Security Engineers, Security Architects, and DevOps teams.

* Customer Engagement: Manage and oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and advocacy for a portfolio of clients.
* Success Planning: Work with customers to create success plans and set key goals to help them achieve their objectives.
* Value Mapping: Design and implement a value roadmap for customers.
* Routine Communication: Establish regular communication intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with each client, reviewing executive dashboards and program status.
* Trusted Advisor Role: Establish yourself as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers, promoting continuous value from our products and services.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Account Team (Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Training, and Enablement) to identify new opportunities for our solutions across various organizational functions.
* Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer's advocate within the company, conveying their needs and concerns.
* Proactive Engagement: Actively engage with customers throughout their journey with our products.
* Health Monitoring: Continuously measure and monitor Customer Health metrics and KPIs. Proactively identify and address issues in collaboration with internal teams.
* Experience Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in customer experience, both in the product and processes.
* Regional Sales Advisory: Guide the Regional Sales Team on key customer renewal and expansion opportunities.
* Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management, or similar roles.
* Consulting & Change Management: Strong consulting and change management skills with a track record of serving as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers. Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
* SaaS & Enterprise Software: Experience with SaaS or Cyber Security solutions and/or enterprise software companies is highly preferred.
* Enterprise Security: Familiarity with enterprise security products and/or services.
* IT Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud architecture and on-premise IT environments. Strong grasp of IT security strategies.
* Directory Services: Hands-on experience with enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, etc.), including support and security operations.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional business and written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for both executive and end-user audiences.
* C-Level Presentation: Experience presenting complex technical topics to C-level executives in a clear, business-focused manner to facilitate decision-making.
