· モータースポーツ・代替燃料・新しい内燃機関・駆動システム向け潤滑油の開発

· 既存モータースポーツ向け潤滑油の性能向上

· 性能評価のための新規試験法開発

· モチュールおよび競合他社製品の性能・品質評価

· 既存顧客との技術的折衝、新規顧客への技術紹介等プレゼンテーションと折衝結果の報告

· 社内関連部署・サプライヤー・外部研究機関との協業

We are the Japanese entity in the MOTUL group. We are a dedicated company to do the research and development for the technology related to lubricants and cooling fluids. The major clients are 2 wheels, 4 wheels, outboard engines and construction machine manufacturers in Japan and Asia.

· Development of lubricants for the new IC engines, driveline systems, engines for alternative fuels and motorsports.

· Improvement in performance for the existing products designed for motorsports.

· Development of new test methods for the performance evaluation.

· Competitive analysis of competitors’ and MOTUL products.

· Presentation and introduction of new technologies to both new and incumbent clients and prospects, technical discussion with the incumbent clients.

· Collaboration to the internal stakeholders, suppliers, and 3rd party institutes.

Profile

· 潤滑油の処方開発、およびその評価試験法・分析法の開発及び管理

· 内燃機関・駆動系システムのハードウェアについて機械力学・材料力学をもとにした運転条件の解析

· 石油類の取り扱い、試験の精度管理、実験室の安全管理、これらにかかる法令類の周知徹底

· 日本語能力：ネイティブ

· 英語能力：自ら会話・メール・報告書の作成と読解・プレゼンテーション

· Formulation development of lubricants, development of the test method for lubricants and management of the precision of such methods.

· Analytical approach based on the mechanical and material dynamics for IC engines and driveline systems.

· Handling of petroleum products, precision control of any test methods, safety control of laboratories, and keeping the compliance under the related laws and acts.

· Japanese proficiency: native Japanese level

· English proficiency: Self-activated oral communication, writing/reading
