* Lead the development and execution of the rare disease portfolio strategy, driving market leadership and ensuring alignment across brand marketing and Health Solution Partners to achieve business goals.
* Manage and develop a team of 10, fostering a collaborative environment to drive high performance, while implementing innovative, omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the rare disease therapeutic area.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external KOLs, and HCPs, ensuring alignment on educational initiatives, regulatory compliance, and maximizing business impact.
