Description
* Forecast market trends and assess financial impacts of emerging risks.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategic risk mitigation measures.
* Provide advisory support on risk methodologies and process improvements.
* Deliver self-assessments of risk controls and implement necessary enhancements.
* Ensure risk awareness across the organization through training and engagement.
* Develop policies to mitigate financial risks and enhance governance structures.
* Analyze external risk factors related to corporate governance.
Profile
* Strong experience in risk management within financial services.
* Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and principles.
* Leadership Experience with at least 2 direct reports.
* Experience in developing and implementing risk policies and controls.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
