HDD開発エンジニア(開発工程における歩留まり改善)

＜職務内容＞

ハードディスク(HDD)の主要開発拠点において、製品開発部門や海外量産サイトのエンジニアと連携の上、製品の量産移行に向けて、製品開発段階におけるHDDの歩留まり改善活動を主とした開発業務に、従事いただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通り。

• 国内試作ラインにおいて、開発段階の不良品の故障解析、原因特定、及び、対策


• 歩留まりデータと製造テストデータの解析および改善策の立案


• 歩留まりロードマップ策定と検証


• 海外量産サイトでの製造テストにおける不良品ので故障解析


• 製品量産段階への移行に伴う、歩留まり改善活動に関連した技術移管　


• データ解析・故障解析用ツール開発

JOB DETAILS

HDD Yield improvement activity and  FACA(Failure Analysis & Corrective Action) in development phase. 

• Identify root cause with failure analysis for manufacturing fail and implements corrective action with team


• Yield and Manufacturing data analysis


• Create Yield Roadmap and update improvements then verify


• FACA in manufacturing site(Thailand)


• Technical transfer of Yield improvement activity to site engineer


• Tool development for data analysis and failure analysis

資格

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 

• 学部卒以上


• メーカーにおけるエンジニアリング経験５年以上


• 英語：TOEIC 500点以上
  ※実務での使用経験は不要ですが、業務上読み書きは必須で、入社後英語を用いた会議・コミュニケーションがあります。


• 日本語：ビジネスレベル


• コミュニケーション能力

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• ハードディスクドライブ関連の経験


• メーカー等での歩留まり改善・不良解析等の経験がある方


• TCL, Python, C, C++, SQLなどを使用したプログラミングとツール開発経験


• データ分析、統計等を用いた開発経験

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• A bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering, Data Science or related field


• 5 years experience in engineering industry


• English: TOEIC score 500 or higher (Reading skill and writing skill are mandatory)


• Japanese: Business Level


• Effective communication skill

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Having experience in Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage


• Familiarity with Programming and Tool Development using TCL, Python, C, C++, SQL


• Engineering, Data Extraction, Data Analysis and Statistics experience

　　　　月給：34万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
　　　　※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年２回）

　【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
　　　　フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
　　　　裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
　　　　※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。
