As Head of UX Design, you will lead our efforts to improve user experience across all product lines and embody our philosophy of "Human-Centric Service"
You will lead a dynamic team that thinks about how solutions can be reimagined to meet customer needs, delivering intuitive, yet impactful designs
Oversee and guide the product design team to improve the UX of existing and new products
Leverage user feedback and behavioral data to drive product improvements, design, and drive results
Develop and standardize design frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align design efforts with company goals and user expectations
An excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
Extensive experience in UX research (qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, usability testing, data-driven design decision-making, etc.)
Proven track record of incorporating user research insights into the product development process to improve user experience and business results
Ability to formulate and promote research strategies, and the skills to make concrete recommendations to product design teams based on research results
High proficiency in design tools including Figma
Business-level Japanese and conversational English
Preferred:
