Description
* Develop and implement health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies.
* Conduct HEOR studies to support product development and market access.
* Provide HEOR input for clinical development programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR strategies.
* Communicate HEOR data effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Contribute to the development of value propositions for products.
* Support pricing and reimbursement strategies.
Profile
A successful HEOR Specialist/Manager should have:
* A degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related field.
* Extensive knowledge of the life sciences industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
* Proficiency in English and Japanese.
