* Experience in HR Business Partnering with a focus on talent strategy and business support.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, C&B, and employee relations.
* Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and demonstrate strategic problem-solving.
Profile
A successful Sr. HR Business Partner should have:
* Proven working experience in a HR role in the industrial / manufacturing industry
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
