Replacement for Shigeri Izakura , who is leaving on 31-10-2024Key Responsibilities:•Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support organizational objectives.•Provide strategic HR consultation in areas like employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.•Partner with department heads to manage workforce planning, employee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.•Lead initiatives in employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and change management.•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while managing risk in HR operations.•Drive performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and development plans.•Analyze HR metrics and trends to offer data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.•Address complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
