JR66320 Human Resources, Site Business People Partner

The People Partner has a strong understanding of Micron’s People programs, reports, tools, and processes and leverages this knowledge to:

(1) enhance the Director and below leader and team member experience as a direct partner for People activities and consultant for People matters

(2) support Global Business Partners in the execution of People program deployment and other strategic People initiatives People partners have a direct impact on the engagement and development of a majority of Micron’s team member population.

They direct coaching and strategically connecting our talent to the right People programs and resources.

The role is an integral part of our strategy of providing partnering for all team members at Micron.
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Communication skills in English and Japanese
