The Investment Bank provides integrated products and industry sector coverage. This includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including advisory; debt and equity issuance; and capital markets coverage of large and medium-sized corporations. Our regional and industry-focused teams ensure the delivery of our entire range of financial products and services to our clients.
Corporate Advisory Group (CAG), directly under the Investment Bank, is a pool of juniors that provides a platform for skills development and deal experience in various sectors and products

Your key responsibilities:
• Provide support in the execution of M&A transactions and corporate finance assignments such as:
• Prepare valuations (DCF etc), comparable companies, precedent transactions analysis Prepare financial analyses models for specific sectors, companies • Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies
• Create minutes on client meetings meetings
• Supporting the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations/pitchbooks
• Performing extensive research on market trends/development, as well as conducting research potential buyers/investors
Your skills and experience:
Experience/Exposure:
• Investment Banking / big 4 (TAS/FAS) / consulting firm experience preferred
• Strong financial skill set: familiar with P/L, BS
• Data management and research skills
• Analytical skills
Education/Qualifications:
Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability
Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Japanese and English
Highly self-motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment
