Role & Responsibility
Works as a member of Supply Planning team/Japan Supply Chain organization and executes material requirement planning for all bulk material products. Key activities include the following:

• Execution of MRP, maintaining update of procurement, import & good receipt plan/schedule.
• Lead weekly call on order management with global stakeholders
• KPI tracking on supplier performance
• Timely follow-up & escalation for issue resolution, involving multiple functions
• Process review & maintenance based on Global Standard
• Lead continuous improvement on process that stretches over supply chain & multiple functions
• Improvement initiative at Fuji plant

Required Experience

• Production/Master Production Schedule (MPS) or Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in process industry (2-5 years)
• Experience working at a pharmaceutical plant is a plus

Required Skill

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (good verbal & written communication skills are a must)
• High IT literacy (comfortable using planning systems such as SAP & OMP, and/or Excel for quick data analysis)

Soft Skill

• Good communication skill - proactive communication with open mindset
• Team player with a focus on achieving common business goal
