Job LocationKobe Job Description ご応募いただく際は、必ず中途採用応募手続きガイドを参照の上、ご応募ください。 【仕事内容】 このポジションは、弊社社員が最大のパフォーマンスを発揮しながら働くために必要なオフィス環境・資源の責任を持ち、計画立案、承認、実行をリードするポジションです。 弊社は神戸本社と東京にオフィスがあり、神戸本社にはイノベーションセンター（研究開発施設）もございます（オフィスの上層階が研究開発施設）。神戸本社のオフィス及び研究開発施設を主に担当いただき、サイトリーダーとして、衛生・労働安全・環境の方針を制定、実施し、リスクアセスメントを行います。また、社員にトレーニングを提供し、法律の遵守を推進する、非常に重要なポジションです。 具体的な仕事内容は以下の通りです。 1. 担当施設の年間計画の立案と上層部との合意 2. イノベーションセンターサイトのオペレーションをリードし、改善計画立案とその実施 3.
