* Represent the Biopharma IT in Japan, serving on the Japan Leadership Team and acting as a counterpart to the country Managing Director.
* Manage the IT Business Partner team for the Biopharma division, including overseeing two technical subordinates.
* Orchestrate IT topics, identify opportunities, share best practices across countries, and manage the IT Project Portfolio and demands.
* Act as a subject matter expert and technology advisor for CRM and analytics platforms, translating business requirements into functional specifications and leading business change management initiatives.
* Conduct financial planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and service reviews, while managing projects, studies, pilots, and serving as an escalation point for IT-related issues.
* Familiarity with the Japan commercial pharmaceutical market and experience in multi-channel marketing within this sector.
* Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to drive decisions quickly; leadership experience in an international and diversified organization.
* Working knowledge of Veeva CRM system and AWS cloud environments, with a good understanding of ETL processes.
* Ability to work in an agile methodology and take on technical projects independently without always needing a vendor.
* Demonstrated ability to reduce operational costs and manage both local and global IT vendors, with project management experience involving diverse stakeholders.
