Job Title: Business Development Manager, Healthcare
Japan represents a significant market with strong demand for healthcare services. Last year, Japan grew 50% yoy with expectation to grow another 30% in 2025.
With a dedicated Business Development Manager(BDM), the team can better target untapped segment in driving incremental revenue growth. A local market sales leader can tailor strategies to Japanese customer behaviors and business practices ensuring a competitive edge.
The BDM will drive speedier decision making, enhances cross divisions collaboration to drive one UPS strategy, team development, customers engagements and identifying any potential growth areas.
He/She is responsible for overseeing an assigned sales plan requiring the generation of new business within new or existing accounts and the retention of existing accounts. The incumbent will coach Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to develop their sales skills and increase their product knowledge. The ASMs and AEs are reporting to the BDM in the sales team.
