GSKのミッションに基づき、Supplyの各部門[*1]と協働し、供給計画の策定・管理を行い、最適なサービス・コスト・キャッシュ[*2]の実現に貢献する事。

[*2] サービス（例：安定供給）、コスト（例：輸送費・在庫破棄）、キャッシュ（例：在庫量）の改善は互いに相反する内容であり全体のバランスが大事

必要な条件Basic Qualification
＜経験＞
- 製造業でのSCM又は関連する業務の経験が３年以上ある
＜スキル＞
- 論理的思考、戦略的思考
- 問題解決力、突破力
- リーダーシップ
- SCMやPlanningに関する知見
- SAP SCM - APO
- Excel
＜語学力＞
- 日本語 ビジネスレベル
- 英語 ビジネスレベル
望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification
＜経験＞
- 製薬業界でのSCM又は関連する業務の経験が３年以上ある
＜学歴・資格＞
- 経営の学位、又は準ずる資格や経験
