【業務内容】
Gateway及びHUB業務
- UPS航空機のスムーズで安全運航を支援するための地上業務
- 空港ランプ内におけるUPS航空機への搭降載作業の管理監督
- SP及び一般航空貨物の輸出入オペレーションコントロール
- 保税上屋におけるコンプライアンスの順守・管理
- 社内外の関係各所との折衝、調整、連絡業務
- ベンダーマネージメント
Job Description：Gateway and HUB Operation
- UPSCO Brown tail ground handling coordination with vendors for safety compliance.
- Aircraft Load Planning and ULD Load/Unload supervision.
- Operation control of Import/Export process for Small Packages and General Air cargo.
- Manage Bonded warehouse operation to comply relative customs regulations.
- Negotiation and make necessary adjustment to internal/external parties.
- Vendor management.
【必要なスキル】
スキル・経験 ：
- コミュニケーション能力（社内外問わずTeamworkが取れる方）
- 英語力
- PC Skills (MS Word/Excel and other)
- 普通自動車運転免許
- 自己管理能力
- 保税業務経験があれば尚可
その他：
シフト勤務が可能な方(基本的には月曜から金曜日までの勤務）
Skills & Experiences：
- Communication skill（Internally/Externally with teamwork ）.
- English Skills.
- PC Skill (MS Word/Excel and other).
- Driving license.
- Self-management skill.
- Preferable with job experience of bonded warehouse operation.

Roster based duty for basically Monday through Friday.
