Description

• Follow globally established ERLR processes and procedures, implement effective strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, and report relevant records and data globally.
• Acts as the primary support person for people managers providing direct intervention and “hands on support” in resolving employee and performance related issues.
• Provides day-to-day support, advice and counsel to business leaders, people managers, BUHR on all labor and employee relations matters including working rule interpretation, grievance resolution, discipline management and other related labor and employment matters.
• Conduct investigations into workplace relations issues and allegations and recommend appropriate actions to address any issues identified. Manage Disciplinary Committee as needed
• Manage work rules and regulations, prepare proposals for changes in accordance with legal revisions, etc., listen to the opinions of employee representatives, and disseminate them to employees. Also respond to questions and consultations from employees and related departments regarding the interpretation and operation of rules.
• Manage overtime work to comply with 36 Agreement and response to the Labor Standards offices
• Plan and provide training programs on the topic of ERLR to managers and employees

Qualifications

• Graduated from university.
• ERLR, or 2-4 years of experience in human resources relations. (Experience in labor-management relations is a plus.)
• English: Business level or higher
• Knowledge of labor-related laws and HR-related regulations.
• Analytical skills, as well as the ability to identify and address complex ERLR issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills to build strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
• Experience in employee complaints and consultation is a plus.
