Landscape/Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Landscape/Maintenance Supervisor to join a team and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' outdoor spaces in the Turks and Caicos Island

Position Overview:

As the Landscape/Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the property, ensuring the proper care and upkeep of our clients' outdoor spaces. This includes overseeing the maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, and other outdoor areas, as well as coordinating with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, trees, and other areas.

- Develop and implement maintenance plans for the client, ensuring that their outdoor spaces are kept in top condition.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or requests.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.

- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the maintenance team.

- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify any maintenance or repair needs.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, work orders, and expenses.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in landscape and maintenance services.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in landscape management or related field preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in landscape or maintenance management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and equipment.

- Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
