The position
It is an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. The BPC Assistant Manager will oversee all company OPEX activities, playing a crucial role in the BPC function as the position will be the first person in contact for OPEX control. Reporting to the BPC Manager, this role will also take part in overall PL consolidation and internal reporting which will provide a great deal of understanding overall Loewe business, great learning opportunities to further design his/her own future career path in the company. Keys for this position are critical thinking skills and accuracy as BPC must be a trusted partner to all departments, supporting every function to make important business decisions to accelerate business growth. Entrepreneurial mindset is also mandatory as the company is evolving fast and thus in need of someone who can take on new challenges efficiently with limited existing procedures. This role will report to the BPC Manager but will also support the Internal control manager when in need.

Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who has/is
• 3 to 5+ years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in retail industry (but not a must)
• Business fluent in English, excellent communication in written & spoken Japanese; French or Spanish is a plus
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or STEM; CPA is a plus
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel; knowledge and experience in any ERP software is a plus
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and critical thinking skills
• Challenging mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Able to perform in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment and understands the value of working as a team
業務内容
Roles & Responsibilities
OPEX Planning & Control
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for company OPEX
• Create and build new methods to effectively review OPEX, to support the BPC Manager
• Monitor the accuracy of the data and information during reporting and monthly closings
• Coordinate accounting-related decisions in collaboration with the Accounting department
Weekly/Monthly Sales & KPI reporting
• Prepare basic Weekly / Monthly sales reports to LVMH Reporting team and LVMH Fashion Group Finance team
• Provide quick learnings/findings from week-on-week sales evolution to Senior BPC Manager
Other responsibilities
• Support BPC Manager for PL consolidation and Internal reporting
• Support BPC Manager to build the financial calendar and coordinate to improve process planning and delivery control
• Also support Internal control/COGS BPC Manager when necessary
学歴
University degree in Finance, Accounting or STEM; CPA is a plus
