LOEWE Japan is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join and play a key role in our growing team. QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of working experience, in Marketing or Advertising, preferably with fashion or luxury brand experience.
Japanese native and English business fluency in both speaking and writing
Living in Japan
Strong sense of leadership, teamwork and ownership
Adept in creating documents with Microsoft Office and Google applications
Quick learner and self-starter
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Excellent task management and time management skills
Able to perform in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment
Has grit: proactive, goal-oriented, purpose-driven and passionate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Marketing planning & management (communication strategy and planning)
- Campaign concept & strategy development: together with Marketing & Communication Director, develop campaign concepts & strategy for key collections & products
- Campaign & project management: manage deliveries and chase approvals to execute successful rollout of both global and local campaigns
- Lead cross functional communication with both internal & stakeholders: take ownership of and lead cross functional communication, inform and collaborate with all relevant teams within LOEWE Japan and headquarters, and external partners (agencies, productions partners, creative collaborators etc.) Download key information from cross functional partners and stakeholders concerning business situations, understand how Marketing can contribute to the business, and suggest and execute potential actions.
- Post campaign assessment: Develop reports and recaps for key campaigns and projects
Campaign creative production
- Develop creative briefs: for both internal and external creative partners to develop campaign execution ideas & creative assets
- Ideation for campaign activations inline with campaign concept
- Shot list development: define priority products and the creative assets required for a campaign, and organize samples required for campaign shoots
- Review campaign creative: including stills, video, copy, press kits
Media Planning
- Media plans & budgets management: work with HQ teams and media agencies to define media budgets, and develop & execute media plans for all campaigns & projects. Must have experience working with a variety of media channels - OOH, print & digital expertise is a must.
- Schedule management: manage creative asset delivery timelines, as well as media censorship checks
- Creative allocation & fulfillment: audit all creative assets available to ensure the most optimal creative is allocated across each media. Includes paid media and ad placements in store and hoarding.
- Paid editorial planning: work with PR team to determine strategic timings & product priorities for paid tie ups
- Support asset production for paid media: support resizing and adaptation of creative assets to media specifications.
- Media performance monitoring & reporting: analyze media performance reports from agencies to develop learnings & insights for internal reports.
Owned media management:
- Review content plans for X and LINE developed by the assistant marketing managers: including content calendars, creative allocation & copy
- Review social performance reports to optimize future planning
Website/omni-channel oversight
- Oversee content management of Loewe.com: content planning for local campaign pages
- Key copy localization, SEO key word review
- Align with retail teams to provide content required in-store: department store content planning & providing assets (instore signage & for websites), hoarding visual allocation, catalogue development support
