* Ensure IT security, compliance, and governance in collaboration with global teams.

Profile
* 5+ years experience in Project Management/IT Management of software development projects in a leadership role.
* Hands-on expertise in software development, project delivery, and solution architecture.
* Strong background in vendor management and budget management.
* Experience with .NET, SQL Server, Angular (front-end), and Azure cloud.
* Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
* (Prefer but not required) Industry experience in payments or digital transactions.
