* Manage commercial solution systems (CSCAN, VEEVA, etc.) to drive productivity.
* Lead cross-functional discussions and align local business needs with global IT teams.
* Oversee system maintenance, enhancements, and master data accuracy.
* Simplify field reporting for strategic territory planning.
* Provide training and support to field teams on systems like Veeva CRM.
* Act as the commercialization data expert for system development and deployment.
Profile
* 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data systems and sales effectiveness.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English proficiency.
