The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Manager of Japan Direct Marketing Investment. This pivotal role is key to our financial operations in Japan, directly managing and overseeing Direct Marketing Investments (DMI). The ideal candidate will possess robust transaction management skills, coupled with expertise in accounting, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting via SAP S/4Hana and other relevant applications. You will serve Japan & Korea Operating Unit and internal partners while working closely with third-party managed services providers (MSP).
What You’ll Do for Us
Manage the DMI process in Japan, ensuring transparency and efficiency in transactions, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (MSP) to facilitate seamless financial operations.
Utilize SAP S/4Hana and other relevant applications for financial reporting and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to measure and forecast business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Champion financial best practices within the Japan & Korea Operating Unit, driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Support annual budgeting processes by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multinational corporation, preferably in the CPG industry.
Proficient in using SAP S/4Hana and other relevant financial applications and tools.
Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated competence in managing various financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to effectively work with internal and external partners.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
