Job Description

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions: We help businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes native advertising and programmatic channels. We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides.

As a Marketing Solutions Senior Client Solutions Manager, you’ll beworking closely with our enterprise B2B advertisers in Japan to achieve success on our platform. You will provide strategic consultation for advertisers to achieve their marketing goals by using LinkedIn’s advertising solutions to engage with their stakeholders globally. You’ll play a critical role within an account team comprising an Account Director and yourself.

Client Solutions Managers are measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients and to convert clients into long-term customers. They are nimble team players, comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently. The role would be responsible for driving revenue through solution-based selling and optimizing complex opportunities for the enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the clients’ experience post-sales and achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Analyze, track and make optimization recommendations to improve the performance of clients’ advertising campaigns
  • Independently conduct quarterly business reviews to help clients’ long-term marketing strategies
  • Build solid relationships with advertisers and media agencies and act as an important point of contact
  • Become an expertin your clients’ industry verticals and marketing technology stack and ecosystem
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to clients by selling with data-driven insights and analysis on a regular basis
  • Partner with your Account Director to develop strategy and pitch new advertising opportunities to clients, ensuring all members are aligned and action points completed
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client calls to communicate how client strategies are proving value and positive ROI
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, ad-ops, product, solutions and insights, sometimes in other markets and regions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Business level proficiency in English and Japanese (JPLT N1)
  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing agency, media, advertising or platform role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data, market trends, and client information to identify growth opportunities, and translate these into insights and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up
  • Effective time management skills, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, business or related field
  • 2+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally, including internal partner teams in other countries.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
