Position Details
- Management of projects related to human resource planning
- Establishment of human resource strategies and measures in line with management strategies
- Examples of current projects:
AI-based talent management design (+ Workday implementation)
Global compensation system design (+ Workday implementation)
Global stock option management system implementation (+BPR)
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in designing standard HR systems and policies for global and group companies
- Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and unify opinions beyond conflict of interests
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in leading the introduction and implementation of new HR systems and measures
- Experience in project management at a consulting firm
- Experience in planning and implementing business strategies
Others Information:
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience leading projects at a consulting firm.
- Experience in identifying issues and developing solutions based on client requests and analysis of the current situation at a consulting firm.
- Experience in providing direction and guidance to members of a consulting firm while producing output.
- In a business company with global operations employing several thousand people or more, have planned, drafted, and implemented personnel-related systems (personnel evaluation and compensation systems) while holding discussions with related parties in Japan and overseas.
