The position
As an MCE insight Manager, you will Develop and execute multichannel engagement strategies to create and implement comprehensive NNPL channel strategies and initiatives to engage customers through various channels such as email, social media, websites, and paid media along with stakeholders. You will generate insights from customer data and market research like developing and analyzing customer data, including demographic and behavioral information, to uncover insights for effective targeting and personalization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize multichannel campaigns and be partner with marketing teams to align multichannel engagement strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Other tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify target customer segments and tailor engagement tactics accordingly and collaborate with marketing team to leverage digital channels effectively for customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Use data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals for various channels
  • Collaborate with data analytics team to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven optimizations


Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing and customer insight analysis.
  • Experience in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in oral and written Japanese and communicate level in English (both oral and written).
