Description
* Submit insurance applications to Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) for ODxTT biomarkers.
* Develop and execute post-approval market launch strategies for CDx products.
* Engage with academic societies, regulatory authorities, and industry groups to promote market access.
* Collaborate with internal teams across medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and technical support to ensure commercial success.
* Work closely with partner companies to drive ODxTT sales and utilization.
* Conduct detailed market analysis, focusing on lung and thyroid cancer markets.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting annual goals and providing continuous feedback.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in market access for pharmaceutical products, including insurance applications.
* Over three years of marketing experience in life sciences, with knowledge of oncology and molecular diagnostics.
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
* Strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
* Preferred: Marketing management experience and familiarity with lung cancer product launches.
