The Role

The Marketing Communication of Genmab KK (Japan) will be primarily responsible for (but not limited to) creating promotional materials. This includes official documents such as interview forms and patient guides, as well as product brochures, patient aides and multiple websites for HCPs and patients. The position is heavily involved in working with internal key cross-functional stakeholders as well as managing external key agencies in planning and executing with the collective goal of achieving the commercial readiness of the Best-in-Class Launch of Genmab KK products and their post-launch performance optimization. The position also work closely with the Marketing Lead, all Marketing/Sales team members, Medical team, Corp Communication team, and Regulatory team in tandem to ensure the strategic alignment and effective tactical execution of the key launch marketing activities specified below (but not limited to), while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.


Responsabilities

  • Develop various required official documents (interview forms, directions for proper use, patient guides, etc.) for product launch in coordination with Marketing Lead, Medical team, and Regulatory team, with appropriate timelines
  • Prepare promotional materials (detail aids, product slides, etc.) and patient materials (starter kits, treatment support tool, etc.) for product launch based on marketing strategy, working with Marketing Leads and promotional agencies
  • Develop and maintain websites (unbranded website / HCPs and Patient product website) in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders according to the development plan outlined by the Marketing Lead
  • Support all relevant functions and individual SMEs in planning and executing congresses, national/area conferences, and advisory boards in terms of preparing related materials
  • Plan, implement and monitor budget for promotional material creation in coordination with Marketing Leads
  • Work in alignment with global Marketing & Medical messaging with required localizations where/when needed.
  • Constantly seek feedback from field sales team to improve the quality of outputs to best serve for customers, while adhering to code of conduct and global/local promotional codes.


Requirments

  • 5+ years of marketing communication responsibilities with pharmaceutical product(s). Oncology and/or Hematology experience preferred
  • Broad experience: launch preparation and execution experience strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong scientific/medical aptitude with the ability to understand complex scientific/medical concepts.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to collaborate across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
  • Business Level English fluency preferred. (Reading and writing skills are required.)
  • Permanent residency in Japan
