Senior Manager Technology Engineering

Since commencing operations in 1987, the factory has mainly manufactured regional anesthesia （RA） needle and exported them to the Group bases around the world. In 2017, the new factory was built and is now very clean and bright. There is also a cafeteria within the factory where we can enjoy cheap and delicious meals. Approximately 250 people are currently employed at the factory.
Duties and Responsibilities
◆Responsibilities:
The main roles are:
* Collaborate with Global bases to plan and build processes for manufacturing new products.
* Promote projects related to the introduction or modification of new equipment in order to increase production volume and improve production efficiency.
* Performing and controlling the qualification of equipment and process validation activities to produce medical devices or their components in a reproducible manner meeting given specifications.
* Establish and implement a system for information transmission and storage of drawings of products and parts.
* Ensure standardization of manufacturing process documentation for medical devices and intermediate products used in them.
* Manage process changes to reduce costs and improve quality.
* Analyze data using appropriate methods to solve problems, investigate quality, and take measures/improve.
Experiences:
* At least 5 years of work experience related to production engineering
* Management experience for a manufacturing engineering
* Experience and knowledge of project management
* Experience and knowledge of analytical tools and problem solving (ex. OPEX tools)
Knowledge & Skills:
* English skills: Business Level (need daily communication with Global offices)
* Basic knowledge of production/manufacturing (processes, machinery, equipment)
* Basic knowledge for problem solving
* PC skills：Office tools (Word, Excel, etc)
* Management Experience

Education / Other Required Experience / Qualifications / Knowledge:
* University (Bachelor's) degree or higher
* Those with experience and knowledge in medical device validation are welcome.
Professional & Personal competencies and required B.Braun core competencies
* Able to respond appropriately to practices and procedures in the assigned area of expertise.
* Those who have the ability to think logically, analyze, and perform with a sense of speed.
* Those who can accomplish work within a set time with an emphasis on the required requirements and quality.
