We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join my client's team as the first hire for its promising Japanese business. The ideal candidate will come from a well-established background in advertising and marketing, having worked with large agencies. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing a strong network within the local market to drive business growth and brand recognition.

Description
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish a robust network for our Japanese business operations.
* Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections with key industry players, including agencies, clients, and creative partners.
* Coordinate with global marketing teams to align on brand messaging and campaign execution.
Profile
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/Producer/Accout Manager, preferably within a large advertising or marketing agency.
* Proven track record of building networks and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of the Japanese advertising and marketing landscape.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English.
