The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.
We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
Department Overview
The Brand Marketing Strategy Department is responsible for the development of all the creative products that customers see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.
It has already been 3 years since we started our service, but we are constantly improving our branding area while keeping an eye on market trends (user trends). We have a wide range of ages among our team members, and we have a team environment where we can always discuss things with each other. We are a department where you can enjoy a sense of accomplishment and an environment where you can create better products one project at a time without inertia or giving up.
The Brand Marketing Communication Section is responsible for driving all marketing communication initiatives from planning to execution in one team. The team environment is full of speed and logic where you can enjoy the dynamism as a marketer, especially in a high priority business in Rakuten group. As one of the groups in the section, Brand Marketing Group is focusing on advertisement for paid media. The team is taking the important responsibility to increase brand awareness through their logical and speedy initiatives.

Position Details
The roles of Brand Marketing Group are as follows, and you will be assigned to one or more of them.
- Advertisement planning and production
- Ad agency management
- Media planning and execution
- KPI management
- Event planning and execution
- SNS marketing planning and execution
- Reporting to company executives
English will be the common language when making presentation documents.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5 years+ experience in advertisement area at a business corporation or consulting firm.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in planning/managing digital advertisements.
