Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Master RBDO Consultant to join our team in Japan, focusing on the Data Workstream within SAP MDG (Master Data Governance). This role will involve managing material master data to ensure accuracy and consistency in alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions with a focus on Material Master data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and implement effective material master data governance practices.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of material master data by establishing and maintaining robust data governance processes.
- Manage data migration, mapping, and validation processes to support the deployment of SAP MDG functionalities related to material master data.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Material Master data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance material master data management processes.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, process inefficiencies, and system integration challenges within SAP MDG.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end-users on material master data functionalities in SAP MDG.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, aligning with business needs and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with SAP MDG, specifically in Material Master data management.
- Strong understanding of Material Master data governance, best practices, and compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with data migration, data validation, and process optimization within SAP MDG.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.
