Position Name: Network Support Tokyo Job
Annual salary : 6 Million and above
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Design and deploy networks; perform network address assignment; assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
Network Support Tokyo Job Qualification:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- TCP/IP Protocols: The candidate must have a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols and their implementation. This includes knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
- Network Support: The candidate should have experience in providing network support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the network.
- Wireless: The candidate should have a strong understanding of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and be able to set up and manage wireless networks.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Network Security: Knowledge of network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
- Network Design: Ability to design and implement efficient network infrastructures.
- VoIP: Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and services.
- Network Monitoring Tools: Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.
- Network Certification: Having network certifications like CCNA, CCNP, etc.
- Project Management: Ability to manage network-related projects effectively.
- Linux/Unix: Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl for network automation.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to deal with user issues and inquiries.
Japanese languages : Native japanese Level (JLPT N) and business level english
