Ohta Site General Affairs Manager

Summary:

Responsible for general affairs of the entire Ohta site
oGoal is to ensure smooth company operations and create an environment where employees can work comfortably. In addition to fixtures management and facility management, and also involved in a wide range of company-wide tasks, including the maintenance of welfare benefits, in-house event planning, and the creation and management of various documents.

Responsibilities Include:

  • EHS

Ensures Ohta Plant safe to cope with global and Ohta local initiatives.

  • Ensure all requirements in Momentive’s EHS Management System are followed.
  • Responsible for site compliance of EHS regulations and requirements internal and externally as all EHS Metrics.
  • Identify and prioritize environmental improvement opportunities.

Ensures Ohta Plant in Compliance with Local Law and Momentive Internal Regulations

  • Ensure operation within boundaries of existing permits
  • Build sustainable and trusted Relationship to Permitting Authorities
  • Ensure trainings of compliance / Integrity are delivered to all site employee.
  • The matters assigned to the General Affairs Department shall be as specified in the following items.

General affairs of officers and employee. Document management. Management of seals. Related to advertising. Related to management of company housing, dormitories, and company cars. Related to external congratulations, condolences, and gifts. Related to ordering lease materials and consumables. Matters regarding protection of personal information. Matters related to complaint handling. Communication with outside local companies and local residents. Matters related to security (including contracts) Matters regarding the cafeteria (including contracts) General affairs related fixed asset management Circulation and management of proposal decision documents Matters regarding ceremonies and events within the workplace Crisis Management Committee Secretariat AEO Secretariat CRB secretariat Acceptance and support of business visitors Matters related to business card creation Issuance of business driving permits and parking lot usage permits Storage and lending of loaned mobile phones Entrance permit application counter Support for health checkups and blood donations Other special duties.
