This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

●業務内容

・担当顧客の特別運用チームのリーダーとして、チームの統括管理、チームメンバーの管理、顧客調整を行い、デリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする

・顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、デリバリ内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする

・重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う

・システムの導入・構築・移設・運用支援などをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する

・トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足するゴールへの実行責任を負う

新規ビジネス機会の創出と育成、案件提案開発のためにテクニカルサポートを提供することでの利益に貢献します。

顧客システムへの運用保守対応を通じて、顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献します。

●必要知識およびスキル

・英語コミュニケーションのスキル(ビジネスメール、チャット)

・5年以上のIT技術職経(システム構築、保守や運用管理など)があること

・大規模、中規模のプロジェクトリーダーの経験、もしくは保守、監視チームでの管理者経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント領域の知識と実務経験がある
(スコープ、スケジュール、コスト、品質、リソース、コミュニケーション、リスク、調達などの管理知識)

・提案内容やHPEのソリューションを顧客に対しての論理的な説明およびコミュニケーションすることができる

・発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができる

・チームや顧客が利用するドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる

・Server Hardware, Network, Storage, OS など基本インフラの製品知識

●あると望ましい経験や知識、資格

・英語コミュニケーションのスキル(ビジネス英会話)

・PMP資格

・ITILファウンデーション資格

・セキュリティ関連の資格

・ITインフラストラクチャーを構成するServer、Storage、ネットワーク、データベース、バックアップ、監視、仮想化などの基礎知識

Linux、Windows、HP-UX、VMware、Hyper-V等のOS,仮想OSの製品知識

Database(Oracle, SQLServerなど)の製品知識

運用監視ツール(SiteScope,JP1など)の製品知識
