●業務内容
・大企業ユーザ様向けSAP S4 基幹システムの運用デリバリを提供する。
・今後1年間でSAPバージョンアップ対応など含み、プロジェクト対応できる運用リーダーとしてSAP BASISスキルを持ったコンサルタントを募集する。
・HPE サーバ、ストレージにてSAP BASISの構築・移行プロジェクト、運用デリバリを提供する
・運用チームのデリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする。
・顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、デリバリ内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする。
・重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う。
・システムの導入・構築・移設・運用支援などをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する。
・トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足を継続する。
・顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献する。
●必要知識およびスキル
・SAP BASISの構築もしくは保守・運用経験。
・SAP S4 HANAおよび周辺システムにおけるSAP BASIS領域のコンサルタントとして、ユーザ管理、ノート適用、移送対応、バックアップリストア、障害対応、パフォーマンス・キャパシティ管理、その他運用およびマイグレーション対応、プロジェクト対応を実施。
・5年以上のIT技術職経験（システム構築、保守や運用管理など）。
・保守構築運用チームでのリーダー経験。
・発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができ、主体性を持って取り組むことができる。
・チームや顧客が利用するドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる。
・Linux、VMware、Open shift等のOS,仮想OS、Databaseの基本的なデリバリスキル。

・SAP認定資格
・ITILファウンデーション資格
・運用関連ツールの製品知識
・英語のコミュニケーションスキル
・特定チームのマネジメント・リーダー経験
