Manage daily office administration: mail, visitor reception, etc.

Oversee Japan's operations and logistics for sales activities.

Facilitate operational activities: stock management, local and international shipments.
*
Maintain daily office upkeep and liaise with building management and suppliers.
*
Handle HR tasks: onboarding, orientations, attendance reports, and travel logistics.
*
Coordinate communication between HQ, local authorities, and service providers.
*
Manage order processing, invoicing, and coordination between local sales and global teams.
*
Support sales processes, customer trials, and equipment management.
Profile
*
Prior experience in a Administrative operational role.
* Native level Japanese with Business level English.
*
Independent, self-driven, creative, proactive with a "can-do!" attitude.
*
High school diploma required, BA in office administration or related field preferred.

Ability to work effectively in an international team.
