Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform the WH operation by following SOP and operational & products’ WI, including RM preparation.

• Receiving Operations: According to requisition notices to receive raw materials or finished goods.

• Shipping Operations: Coordinate the customer order from CA and perform the shipping activities and execute shipping check list to ensure shipment accurately.

• Inventory management: Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy. Distribute raw materials and materials to ensure production activities smoothly.

• Report to a Production Supervisor or a Lead OA when there are any abnormal situations.

• According to SOP and/or WI, abnormality can be identified

Secondary Responsibilities

• Participate in 5S, Kaizen(CI) and safety activities and continuous improvement activities and contribute to plant safety initiatives.

• Perform miscellaneous production related tasks (inventory cycle count, preventive maintenance, incident investigation).

• 5S activities and manufacturing site housekeeping.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and materials handling to follow written work instructions and equipment manuals.

• Observation and troubleshooting skills with basic knowledge of statistical process control.

• Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime assignments.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Equipment maintenance abilities a plus.

• Basic English reading skill (for manufacturing system and operations).

• Forklift driving license

Education: high diploma or GED, prefer to have associate degree in a technical field or equivalent

Experience: 1 to 3 years of production or warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical manufacturing plant.
