- Native Japanese communication skills (Mandatory).
- English communication skills (verbal and written) for email or chat communications.
- At least 1-2 years of proven Retail / Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing.
- Microsoft Office skills required; other software knowledge is appreciated!
- Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities. Ability to multitask and can manage time well.
- Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
- Passionate, positive, and outgoing personality. Ability to work as part of a team.

業務内容
In role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and support our community of CXG evaluators.
CXG evaluators are professionals who conduct discreet evaluations and audits of renowned luxury brands, including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and luxury cars. They play a crucial role in helping our clients continuously assess and improve their customer experience, providing valuable insights to optimize their strategies.Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluator Acquisition: Manage the process of acquiring evaluators for forecasted missions in operating areas.
Project Scheduling and Execution: Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects in line with company standards.
Survey Verification: Verify that electronically submitted field surveys are timely and meet our standards for quantity and quality.
Survey Screening: Conduct screening and validation of surveys.
Compensation Management: Set appropriate pay rates for evaluations while ensuring operational margin targets are met.
Database Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of our internal database of evaluators and ensure data is kept up to date.
Evaluator Relations: Maintain healthy relationships with CXG evaluators and ensure smooth communication throughout projects.
Payment Coordination: Ensure the finance team has all payment details to process evaluator payments on time.
Recruitment and Training:Learn to understand evaluator profiles and handle the recruitment, guidance, and training of evaluators that match survey requirements.
Deadline Management: Coordinate projects and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Content Quality Maintenance: Encourage evaluators to submit evaluation forms to maintain content quality.
Communication: Actively communicate with domestic and international customer success managers to understand project details and address issues.
学歴
- Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or relevant field.
