Job Description
The Courier Experience team is responsible for engagement initiatives aimed at our active delivery partners. Our goal is to become the platform most loved and trusted by delivery partners. We spread the Wolt spirit within the delivery partner community, ensuring a pleasant, enjoyable, and safe working environment.
This role involves a wide range of operational tasks related to delivery partners, executed steadily and reliably. Join a small, close-knit team with a flat culture, where you'll have significant autonomy!
Key responsibilities include :
- Onboarding new delivery partners
- Enhancing and managing engagement activities for delivery partners
- Organizing and executing events and campaigns for the delivery partner community
- Managing operational aspects of quality control, compliance, and legal affairs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and implement initiatives
- Overseeing insurance matters for delivery partners, including accident management and negotiations with insurance providers
- Creating and proofreading documents for delivery partners, including policy updates
- Conducting negotiations and managing relationships with major corporate partners to enhance benefits for delivery partners
- Managing payment operations for delivery partners
- Occasional travel to Sapporo is required
Qualifications
- Corporate back-office experience: around 6-7 years, with focus on quality management, compliance, or similar
- Project management experience: 3+ years
- Experience in planning and executing events
- Proficiency in Japanese document creation and proofreading
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Plus, if you have :
- Programming experience with Python or Google Apps Script (GAS)
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel
