As an Operations and Training Analyst, you’ll bring your operational and training expertise to work on projects for your military client. You’ll advise the operations director and staff on future training and exercises relating to upcoming deployments and regional activities and events. You'll aid in the development of training objectives and metrics, and concepts of training support to include aviation operations planning, assessments, training event schedules, and long-term operations plans, to support regional military operations. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, in support of operational planning to include conducting deliberate planning for crisis response or regional contingency operations.
You’ll impact the work we do in support of our military clients in the Indo-Pacific region, and the solutions we deliver in support of national security objectives. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
